Thank you for choosing Online Tech Study. We are committed to providing quality education and training experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any course.
General Policy
All purchases made on Online Tech Study are non-refundable by default.
Due to the nature of digital content and course access, we do not offer refunds for any course once access has been granted—whether for self-paced learning, instructor-led sessions, or bootcamps.
Exception Handling
Refunds may only be considered under rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment or transaction error.
- Accidental purchase of the same course twice.
- Serious technical issues on our platform that prevent course access and cannot be resolved.
- A verified medical or personal emergency (subject to documentation and internal approval).
To request a refund under these conditions:
- Submit a written request to our Support Team within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your order details, reason for the request, and any supporting documents.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
Important Notes
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Partially completed courses
- Claimed certificates or exam vouchers
- Changes in personal schedules or preferences
- Online Tech Study reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet our exceptional conditions.
