General Policy

All purchases made on Online Tech Study are non-refundable by default.

Due to the nature of digital content and course access, we do not offer refunds for any course once access has been granted—whether for self-paced learning, instructor-led sessions, or bootcamps.

Exception Handling

Refunds may only be considered under rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment or transaction error.


• Accidental purchase of the same course twice.


• Serious technical issues on our platform that prevent course access and cannot be resolved.


• A verified medical or personal emergency (subject to documentation and internal approval).

To request a refund under these conditions:

1. Submit a written request to our Support Team within 7 days of purchase.


2. Include your order details, reason for the request, and any supporting documents.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.
